Directions:
Do not consume REDLINE on an empty stomach. Always begin use with 1-2 capsules daily to assess tolerance.Never exceed more than 6 total capsules or more that 3 caps in a four hour period. As a dietary suppliment, take three capsules before morning cardiovascular and/or resistance training.
