Directions:
Given its very beneficial metabolic profile, SuperCarb TM has a variety of suggested uses:
- Workouts and athletic competition- as explained in the Athletics Performance Pyramid, take 1 to 4.5 servings, as needed, for carbohydrate loading before activity and for carbohydrate replenishment after activity. Servings can be mixed in workout drinks, water, juice, or other beverage. For best results, stack with other Avant Research products as explained in the Performance Pyramids.
