Directions:
For best results, mix 2 scoops of Maniac with 8 oz of water. Take on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to your workout. Do not take late at night. Do not take less that 2 hours after any caffeine product. To assess tolerance, take one scoop for your first serving. Then, if no problems, you can take another scoop 30 mintues afterwards.
