Directions:
Mix each scoop with 8 to 12oz of water/liquid. Do not mix with protein powder. Though, you can mix with carbohydrate drinks/powder.
Workout Days: Consume one scoop 30 mintues pre-workout and 1/2 to 1 scoop immediately post workout.
Non-workout Days: Consume one scoop first thing AM before food and 1/2 to one scoop 6-8 hours after AM dose.
**For best results, if under 160lbs, consume 1 to 1.5 scoops per day. If between 160-200lbs, consume 1.5 scoops/day. If over 200lbs, consume 2 scoops per day.
