Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is present in cheese, milk and meat; the highest concentration, to be found in ground beef. CLA has been shown to increase calorie burning, and can possibly decrease hunger. All of the CLA rich foods are often excluded when dieting, so supplementing with CLA, can lead to better fat loss results.

Omega-3 fatty acids, help keep bad cholesterol (hdl) down, act as anti-inflammatories, and lubricants to sore joints. They also have a beneficial effect on blood pressure.  One of the two omega-3’s, Dha, can also increase learning capacity and alertness. Omega-3’s also have a positive effect on healthy weight management.

Sesamin is a lignan, from the sesame seed. It is a potent antioxidant and
anti-inflammatory. It also increases the effectiveness of omega-3’s on weight loss, and vice versa.

Directions:

For general health, Take 2-3 fish oil, 2-3 cla, and 2-3 servings of sesamin split equally with meals.

For optimal Fat loss, Take 6-10, cla, and fish oil every day, split evenly with meals. Take 1 serving of sesamin, 3 times a day with meals. Taking these with meals, will enhance absorption.
