Without jumping on the bandwagon, we really do need the information Kaboom requested.
In saying this I know it can feel bloody frustrating and depending on where you are, your age and how long you have been lifting naturally is essential to the info any one can dispatch.
I will however give you the information you requested. HGH is really expensive and I would only advise using after years of lifting naturally and then after using gear. To me HGH is the final roll of the dice to attain the extra edge you might need at world level.
To go back to your problem though, there are many variables, maybe you are over training them, try diferent approaches like heavy sets, lighter controlled concentration sets and finally this can happen from time.
Maybe you are over focussed on your arns at the moment, why not take time off from directly training them and go back to compound movements like squats, dead, rows, bench. dips snd chins?
Without further info though we cannot help you, but please do some research before you try any drug, we all are affected differently, I have just used HGH for the first time after 25yrs in the sport and yes the results were good, sides with me were joint pain and odema, but everybody is different and it wasn't without doing extensive research that I took this step. Good luck Jim
