you need to change up your routine, perhaps every 2-3 weeks so that your body doesn't get used to it. Try switching it to just the three exercises with 10-14 sets total for your chest (not including warmup sets). Remember variety is the key so try starting with an incline movement for a bit of a change and give cable cross-overs and Hammer-Strength press a try...

How often do you train chest?

Cause there is two theories when people believe that a muscle is not growing and that is overtrainnig or undertrainning.

A volume trainner will suggest prioritising chest at the beginning of a split and trainning it 2 or maybe even 3 times a week to work on the weak problem.

A HIT trainner will suggest that it's over trainning and u should decrease the exercises and only focus on a few. Plus u should increase the time between trainning chest. Even if that means not trainning it for two weeks to let it recover.

Im not sure If you work out in the gym or not but it seems that ur work out relies heavily on benching movements which primarily focus on triceps and shoulders. Ur chest is actually designed to bring ur arms across ur body so exercises such as fly's (which u have at the end of the work out that could be shifted to the front), Pec deck and Cable cross overs will stimulate chest more directly than any Bench movement
