I'm probably gonna do this routine but before i do just wanted to ask if any of you think this routine would be over training as well training to long during workout .

2-3 days rest before next workout

5x5 or 4x6(high intensity)
except SLDL & SQUATS(3-2 worksets)
2-5 mins break

workout 1

deadlifts
bent over barbell rows
chins
stiff leg deadlift

workout 2
flat bb bench press
military press
parallel dips
squat

If its a bad rountine let me no why.
Thanks.

smells like undertraining! 3 days a week working out is a bare minimum which you should expect to see minimal results with!

A good work out HIT

Flat bench presses to military will over train front delts (use a lateral movement instead)

Two deadlifts using real intensity will be hard to perform. I follow the Hit Faq 0.99
Here is the link on the forum explains my work out and may help u in picking a HIT style work out

The Heavy Duty FAQ 0.99

Personally I think this is an excellent routione you have chosen. A lot of people ignore this type of training in favour of the more common spliut routines. I do however agree that 2 deadlifts in the same session is probably a bit much, especially if you want to make progress each week. But I certainly don't think this is undertraining by any means - especially when you consider that you are doing completely compound exercises and not wasting time and energy and secondary isolation excercises. In place of the deadlift have a look at the exercises list on this link which is also divided into 2 workouts.

Split Training - All wrong?!?!

I hope you stick with this routine and keep us updated on your progress!

no man good power and mass workout ill be doing one of these very soon to get strength back and really start pushing harder with alot harder exercises
personally the only thing i would change is to put squats first rather than last, becuse i think that people need to have maximum concentration to be able to perform them but after those exercises your strength and energy will be down a little as with concentration
other than that very good mate
i especially love the 5x5 scheme

Alright thanks alot on opinions. Appreciate the advice as well. (shakes hands). And rocky you are right, SLDL are in fact to much, i'm going to train high intensity with deads anyway so pretty my hams will be targeted as well. So i decided to exclude that. And thinking of as well if i should remove dips since bench and military, my tri's will hit pretty hard and then right after MP i will do squats. Still thinking though, although i wont be using my legs in workout 2 until last exercise so i might or might not keep dips. What do you guys think? or should i just keep squat in the beggining.
