So when its 6y meals every meal do i eat a small amount or big. In the morning i have oat meal then i pack up 3 meals for school wich includes sandwiches of celerey, carrots, tuna, turkey,cottage cheese and tomatoes. When i get home i eat oatmeal again before my work out for carbs then after my workout i eat another sandwich for just protein mainly and while i do my workout i drink gatorade. And for the morning aswell v8 juice, tastes like shit :(. |
