What times do i eat my food to loose fat do i eat 7 meals and eat low quanity and do 30 minute job 3-4 times a week?

5 - 6 times a day is enough I would say - spaced evenly apart. Eating regularly keeps your metabolism higher. Keep your pre- and post workout melas the same as normal but reduce the amount of calories you are taking in at the other meals, do it slowly and don't just reduce carbs suddenly as this will have an adverse reaction on your metabolism. Cardio 3 - 4 times a week souinds about right if you want to lose fat, but be sure to moniter if it's affecting your lifting days too much. But expect to lose a little strength with increased cardio and decreased calories!

So when its 6y meals every meal do i eat a small amount or big. In the morning i have oat meal then i pack up 3 meals for school wich includes sandwiches of celerey, carrots, tuna, turkey,cottage cheese and tomatoes. When i get home i eat oatmeal again before my work out for carbs then after my workout i eat another sandwich for just protein mainly and while i do my workout i drink gatorade. And for the morning aswell v8 juice, tastes like shit :(.
