Well Wresting season is over for me ..and now I'm gonna start training for bodybuilding. Now to try to help me out ..I got this book from my school's Library "Arnold Schwarzenegger ,Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" Now it has some good info in it . but the training is a bit too much . lets say you wouldnt be able to do the training unless your on roids. So really what I am asking is , does anyone have a real good training routine I can follow ?

Just search around. There's seriously an endless amount of threads on this board that answer the same question. Browse around and see which one's right for you based on your experience, age, etc...

The old school boys are always the best if you want to go all natural.

http://www.billpearl.com/bpprograms.asp

This website is the programs website of Bill Pearl, THE greatest bodybuilder/strongman of all time (personally). Just pick where you think you are (beginner/intermediate/advanced) and go!

Also, look into Fraco Columbo's books about bodybuilding. They have some great workout plans for all levels too!

Best thing you can do id probably a full body type routine for a while to increase strength and size, or a baisc split. As has been suggested, check out the log section to get some ideas and also have a look throught this thread:

Split Training - All wrong?!?!
