Hey,Help would be appreciated....

Having some trouble with my lower abs,Just below the belly button,My top abs are ok,and quite happy with them, but below the belly button i would call it fat probably,But some people have told me it is probably excess water......Any good ways to get rid of it,Ive been suggested to try the stomach vacumkn or sum cardio short sprints etc....

Also....Chest,How can i increase the mass on my chest,I have quite a wide body front to back,But i dont have a bulge so to speak.i usually train chest by

bench press 3 sets of 5 reps then
Incline 3 sets of 5
Then flys 3 sets of 8
Then Chest press 3 sets of 8

Any other suggestions ??

Also protein ive just finsihed the protein that i was using....(Dorian yates pro mass) Is there any thing better out there that will benefit me for increasing mass ?

Thanks In Adavnce....

Lee..................

With regard to the abs if your top abs are ok, then it's probably just a little excess fat - lower abs is where you obviously store it so you may need to do a little more cardio and watch what you eat. With regard to exercises specifically for it - the ones you mentioned are good. I'd also do reverse crunches and leg raises which more target the lower abs.
Your routine for chest looks good. If I were to suggest anything it would be to make incline bench the first one in your routine and knock off the final chest press and focus on increasing in the other 3 exercises. Just an idea.

Like Rocky said, it's just a little excess water/fat. Unfortunately the last place we lose fat from is usually the first place we gain it, with men it's usually in the obliques, glutes, hams, and lower abs. The other thing is, some people just don't have a great genetic disposition for lower abs, regardless of bodyfat, although you can work to bring them up a bit. I agree your chest routine looks good but usually when I do some sort of pressing movement for my last exercise I usually lighten up the weight and up the reps for a better pump in order to really toast my pecs (or any bodypart I'm training) at the end.
