hope someone answers but anyway here it comes. do you guys train any diffrent while on gear? for me iŽll have it just 10-8 reps and 3-4 sets and 3-4 exercises. but a friend who has a friend who is a big user he told me to keep it rather in the 6-8 reps

i prefer 6 to 8 rather than higher. i feel 6 is the lowest u should train on for bodybuilding - lifting at max poundages and since ur using u want to max out at least i would think

I personally like to mix it up a bit maybe one week 6-8 then the following 10-15. And if you are really up to it the last Saturday of every month do your compound movements squat, deads, benchs, and cleans 1 maxing out.

I train the same on and off gear. 3 day split. The only difference is when i'm on I do more volume and of course heavier weight.
