G'day all.
At the moment I'm 82 kilos at 6'1- pretty slim but getting a good foundation for some size.
My primary goal is to put on some serious size but I'm also looking to join the Army within the year so I need to increase my fitness too.
My question is- Is it possible to bulk up while gaining in fitness?
Also consider that my metabolism is very fast and I find it hard to bulk as it is, so I'm worried that jogging etc will only slow down my gains further.
