Hey all for the past half yea I have been doing a 3 daya week chest/back, leg, shoulder/tri/bi work uot and it has been great. Recently though i have become burnt out and am lookin for a small change. I love my workout and really don't want to do too much, but maybe something liek this...
mon-chest/tri
wed-leg/bi
fri-back/shoulder/calves
that look any good....should i put the calves back with quads and hams on leg day? if anyone disagrres what kind of split would suggest?
