Do pros like jay cutler and ronnie coleman do stretches for their muscles?
Does stretching increase the muscle capacity?

Only reason to stretch after hitting a muscle is that it POSSIBLE induces hyperplasma. As far as I know (which isn't all that much really lol) there isn't any clear evidence that stretching is usefull.
I'm stretching AFTER I'm done with training that specific muscle though, as it MIGHT induce hyperplasma and there aren't any disadvantages to it ad far as I know.
from some other thread.
