HOLA, this is my workouts in all body parts , just give me ur opinion about it , if thier is any wrong stuff in it just say it ...

1ST DAY "chest" =
1-Incline Barbell Press (4x 12,10,10,8)
2-Flat Barbell Press (4x 12,10,10,8)
3-Incline machine Press (4x 12,10,10,10)
4-Flat Dumbbell Flyes (4x10)

2nd day "shoulder"
1-Seated Front Barbell Press (4x 12,10,8,8)
2-Seated Universal Machine Press no back support (4x 12,10,8,8)
3-Dumbbell Side Raises standing (4x 15,10,10,10)
4-Standing Dumbbell Rear Raises (4x 12,10,8,8)
5-Barbell Shrugs (4x12)

3RD DAY REST ONE DAY

4TH DAY "bi + tri"
1st TRI
1-Lying Tricep Extension "Skull Crushers" (4x12,10,10,8)
2-Seated Dumbbell Overhead Extensions both hands (4x 12,10,10,8)
3-Pushdowns on Universal Machine (4x10)
2nd BI
1-Seated Dumbbell Curls (4x 10,10,10,8)
2-Standing EZ Curl Bar Curls (4x 10,10,8,8)
3-Pushdowns on Universal Machine (4x10)

5TH DAY "back"
1-Front Pulldowns (4x 10)
2-Deadlifts (4x 20,15,10,10)
3-Wide Grip Leverage Row Machine (3x10)
4-Close Grip Leverage Row Machine (3x10)
5-Dumbbell Row (4x10)

you don't really need two pressing movements for your anterior delts and it's not wise to do them the day after you do chest... also wheres your legs? an if 5th day is the day after 4th day then if you're bis are sore they'll hurt you with goin heavy for back... Other than that your choice of exercises looks pretty good but you need to shift your split around

As with the others - don't neglect the legs. And I agree with Mak - the exercise selection is fine but the split doesn't leave you optimum rest between muscles. I'd do back the day after chest instead. Then do shoulders the following day. Then rest day, then legs and then arms and then another rest day, then you're back to the beginning again. Just a thought.

If you mix it around, you can avoid being hindered by a sore part. Ex:

Chest
Back
Rest
Shoulders
Arms

Do you HAVE legs?

I want ur leg day before i post any comment .. and yeah two presses movements are too much IMO

4 get about this leg day , this days i ignore it i don't know why but i ignore it anyway, and about rocky i think i'll try ur way in rest thing , and why its not right to work 2 press movemints in shoulders ?????????

usually one pressing movement is enough stimulant for your anteriors, any more and it is likely not to be effective... also if you ever end up BBing long term you will certainly regret not doing legs from the start
