4-Flat Dumbbell Flyes (4x10) 2nd day "shoulder"
1-Seated Front Barbell Press (4x 12,10,8,8)
2-Seated Universal Machine Press no back support (4x 12,10,8,8)
3-Dumbbell Side Raises standing (4x 15,10,10,10)
4-Standing Dumbbell Rear Raises (4x 12,10,8,8)
5-Barbell Shrugs (4x12) 3RD DAY REST ONE DAY 4TH DAY "bi + tri" 1st TRI
1-Lying Tricep Extension "Skull Crushers" (4x12,10,10,8)
2-Seated Dumbbell Overhead Extensions both hands (4x 12,10,10,8)
3-Pushdowns on Universal Machine (4x10) 2nd BI
1-Seated Dumbbell Curls (4x 10,10,10,8)
2-Standing EZ Curl Bar Curls (4x 10,10,8,8)
3-Pushdowns on Universal Machine (4x10) 5TH DAY "back"
1-Front Pulldowns (4x 10)
2-Deadlifts (4x 20,15,10,10)
3-Wide Grip Leverage Row Machine (3x10)
4-Close Grip Leverage Row Machine (3x10)
