Cables. When you use dunbells, in the top of the movement (when the dunbells are in front of your face) there's no tension in your chest (some people say, but I squeeze my pec's togherter there, that's still not enough), and the weights just rest on your bone structure.

Dunbells, you need more stabelizers to control the weight. Smith allows you to use more weight though, but still prefer dunbells. Barbell still king imo. Just switch between you're options bro, don't keep focussing on the view that there's only one the best and tge rest is wrong.

Train ur leg as hard as ur training ur upper body .. otherwise ur leg's have been calleing chicken legs man :)

q80 i'll work my leg as soon as i recover from my lower back injuriey coz i feel a lot of pain in my lower back when i handle weights on it coz i didn't use the belt by the way i don't have chicken legs i have big legs but with no definetion ....
