Well..I've been 190lb for a while, I'd really like to start cutting by March, maybe get down to 175? I've got about 16%bf so I'd like to get that down to 10%. What do you guys think?

As far as starting to cut should I just do cardio, I've been told the whole high reps thing doesnt do much, its all about lowering calories, carbs etc etc.

You are bang on the money - it's about diet and cardio.
In a nutshell, increase the cardio and decrease the calories a little. Keep up the protein intake and you are probably ok with continuing your current training style - although expect to lose some strength when cutting!
