I was working out chest about a month ago when I did something stupid. I was on my 3rd set of Dumbbell flat bench, my chest starter for that day. I was picking up the 115's from the top rack. As soon as I pulled the weight off the rack I heard a pop in my left wrist opposite side of my thumb. Like a typical Jarhead I continued to lift, and worked through what pain there was. I returned to my barracks room that night and the pain in my wrist was not too bad, but i took a week off anyway. Throughout that week of resting I would feel some pain in my wrist doing misc tasks. I went to medical with my unit and they said take motrin and rest(their answer for EVERYTHING). Any help would be great. Thanks.
Motrin and water was what they always told me. Corpsmen are pretty ignorant sometimes. Plus if their is something wrong they really don't want to spend the money on fixing us. Buy some good wrist wraps. I like the ones from inzer, but i think you'll have to order them online.

Yeah, in the rear corps men are pretty much pointless to talk to about injury. Thanks for the reply, i found some at a big 5, they help.
