The thing that concerns me is that you may be on a path to overtraining. The first thing people do when they think they stop seeing gains is to think they need to do more, when 95% of the time the opposite is true. I can't remember what your routine is like off the top of my head (if you've even posted it), but it may be worth looking to see if you can maybe cut out an exercise, or adjust the number of sets and repos you are doing and really focus on 1 maybe 2 exercises and look to increase regulalrly on those rather than adding in more supplemental exercises and workouts which could harm your progress even further. Just an idea! And remember, soreness isn't the only factor you have to take into consideration for looking for progress! Just a thought!
