holla . i used to work bench in one day but i found that when i begin with inclines my weights in flats become low and when i begin with flats my inclines weights become low .. so i descide to make the bench two days but i'm confused in somethin' (1st day barbells "incline + flat + crosscable" + legs ---- 2nd day dumbells " press incline - press flat - fly flat" + abs) so as u can see i make day 4 barbells and day 4 dumbells but what makes me confused is whats da defference if i make one day for all inclines and the next day 4 all flats SO WHICH IS BETTER?????

if I've understood you corectly then what you are saying doesn't make too much sense...of course the amount of weight you are able to lift for your second exercise for chest is going to decrease coz your chest has already been worked - so this is no reason for you to decide to split up your chest as you shall see by looking at anyone's log here in this site. What I recommend you do instead is vary every week or every second week between starting with an incline or a flat movement

I think people thought you were gonna train chest 2 days in a row - which would be bad cos there's no way you'd be recovered in time. If you want to train chest twice a week, leave 3 or 4 days between sessions and the better thing to do would be to do one of them as a lighter session with higher reps if you're going to. But I still think once a week is enough personally!

The thing that concerns me is that you may be on a path to overtraining. The first thing people do when they think they stop seeing gains is to think they need to do more, when 95% of the time the opposite is true. I can't remember what your routine is like off the top of my head (if you've even posted it), but it may be worth looking to see if you can maybe cut out an exercise, or adjust the number of sets and repos you are doing and really focus on 1 maybe 2 exercises and look to increase regulalrly on those rather than adding in more supplemental exercises and workouts which could harm your progress even further. Just an idea! And remember, soreness isn't the only factor you have to take into consideration for looking for progress! Just a thought!
