There will be changes but i dont think it will be BIG changes. You may just lose little muscle and you will lose some strength. Don't worry month isn't long. How long have you been working out?

If I remember from your pics - eating the way you are now (or even a little more) won't be a bad thing - if anything it will put you in good stead for when you get back into it! Be prepared to be weaker but you'll get back up to your current weights in no time!
Have a good vacation man!

EAT EAT EAT. And train. How hard is it to do some basic excersizes like pushups, bodyweight squats, and you must be able to find something to do some curls/raises/rows with.

If you're familiar with yoga, I'd emphasize that. If not, makeshift exercises are probably best.

Do pushups and narrow-grip pushups. Do single-legged squats. Find jugs of water or something for curls, lateral raises, rows (if heavy enough), stiff-legged deadlifts and dumbbell squats. Maybe choose your luggage bags with an ulterior motive. Get creative and have fun with it. Your goal isn't to exercise at any decent level, just to give your muscles a little gesture.

Enjoy your vacation.

Edit: Don't forget sex. Have as much sex as you can.

Yeah, diet is probably the most important thing when taking time off from training. Honestly though, I don't think you really need to workout at all over your vacation; just enjoy yourself. Everyone can benefit from taking a couple weeks off every now and then. Sure, you won't be able to lift the same weights right when you get back but it'll at least give your body a chance to recooperate after (what I assume has been) several straight months of training. Either way, have fun bro

If I may correct myself, I don't think it's really necessary either. Your body will probably hold up just fine. But remember that the biological effects of some exercise will make your body continue functioning on a higher level. If you're just going to wine and dine all month, not swim and hike, I'd definitely do something in the room.

I can't imagine not wanting to train.
