If I do a proper arm routine on monday, my arms are sore until friday where they are 100% back to normal. For an arm priority routine I do monday and (thursday or friday), depending how I recover.
I do like priority routines, great for really seeing a difference in a couple of weeks. Its worked for me for shoulders especially. In a week added a defined shape that was lagging behind.
I made a change to do a 10 minute shoulder routine then a full arm routine, per session, twice a week. That was great for seeing mirror results in a short time, only downside was leaving back and chest for a while. |
