Yea i remember seeing that 12 hour arm w/o in a mag a few years ago to grow an inch on your arms. It went like do Bi's for a half hour then have a protein shake then do tri's for a half hour then have another shake and repeat until the 12 hours are up. If that ain't overtraining I don't know what is then.

superstes are doing 2 exercises in a row WITHOUT a break
do one then straight away do another THEN break
you can do it for the same muscle eg leg extns and squats
or for opposite muscles eg bench press and chin up
bicep curl with pushdown

13 sets for bi's eod sounds pretty freakin stupid to me,(imho)unless you are on the juice.Even then that is way too close to overtraining.

I do 20 sets/week, and everyone asks me what I do. 13 sets doesnt sound like crap. He is doing 13 sets (requires less recooperation) 3 times week which doesnt sound like that much to me. Looking at the pic, it is quite obvious that it works. An RC avatar. Ronnie Coleman on biceps : Working the biceps twice a week with 12 sets per session

If I do a proper arm routine on monday, my arms are sore until friday where they are 100% back to normal. For an arm priority routine I do monday and (thursday or friday), depending how I recover.

I do like priority routines, great for really seeing a difference in a couple of weeks. Its worked for me for shoulders especially. In a week added a defined shape that was lagging behind.

I made a change to do a 10 minute shoulder routine then a full arm routine, per session, twice a week. That was great for seeing mirror results in a short time, only downside was leaving back and chest for a while.
