Alright the excerise that I'm asking about is the one where you use a pec deck fly machine and u face towards the machine. My question is do you put your hands facing in or facing out?? I no this is a excerise that ronnie and jay use alot.

I've seen it being done both ways and I'm sure that both ways are fine to do and work the rear delt slightly differently, but, I always do it with my hands facing in so that my tris don't become too much of a factor during the motion...

^^Ditto - I think it would be a slightly more unnatural position with palms out especially when you get to the contraction. Just my opinion.

Whichever feels more comfortable.

It MIGHT make a difference in delt development areas because the position of your hands might change the position of your elbows slightly (elbows pointing straight back is pure rear delt, elbows pointing slightly down will bring the lateral delt into play).
