if training amrs...its better to hit ur tri's first. if u hit bi's u will notice the pump in the biceps to a point where ur amrs wont even bend to train ur tris with proper form. i do tris 1st and have seen good results.

good answers here . I never train them on the same day . I do back chest and bis take a day off then do legs delts and tris day off and so on . in the past when I did them on the same day I would do tris first cause it was the weaker of the two .

i train bis first. i usually o 2 exercises then ill train 2 tri exercises. then on mmy third tri exercise ill superset with a bi exercise, but like Hdogg said no right or wrong way to train bis and tris in terms of which u train first, unless u wanna prioritize.

i alwyas like to train tricpes first
becuase they are the biger muscle group
also i like to finish bicep workouts and jump straight into forearms
as how bicep and forearm training can kind of be mixed together...in a way
reverse curls hammer curls etc

i do have weak biceps so guess i should train it the other way around

Well in my case, I train bi's first, then tri's. Both of my bi's and tri's are strong, but I think I'm going to start alternating every week.

If I end up doing bis & tris on the same day then usually I'll do tris first. But, if I'm going to do preacher curls it's usually a hassle to do if you're tris are already pumped up and sore so in that case I do bis first...

I do tris with chest and bis with back - but if you're gonna train them the same day then everything everyone has suggested has merit. Keep mixing it up. one week do bi's then tri's, next week reverse that, then the week after superset them!

I train Arms on Thursday. I train Biceps first as Tri's are my strong point. The final exercise for Biceps is Cable Preacher Curls, I super set them with Pushdowns for 4 sets of 10-12 and then that is also the start of my Triceps routine.

If your arms are big enough and in proportion do one biceps exercise, one triceps exercise. If not do first whichever is lagging.
