Hi, I am curious to see the style everyone uses to train. Be it dropsets, supersets, trisets or straight sets or etc. What is your favorite pretty much. And what is your favorite exercise for each muscle.

I like to mix a lot of supersets with dropsets, never do I try to execute tri-sets. When I do back workouts, I always do straight sets, because my biceps always fail first before my lats if I'm doing dropsets.

Chest: Dumbell Bench Press
Triceps: Skull Crushers
Front Delts: Dumbell front delt raises (alternating arms)
Medial Delts: Dumbell Military press
Rear Delts: Bent over dumbell side laterls
Lats: One arm dumbell rowing
Traps: Dumbell Shrugs
Calves: Seated Calf Raises
Quads: Barbell Squats
Hams / Glutes: Standing in place Lunges
Biceps: Standing alternating dumbell curls
Forearms: Reverse Grips EZ bar curls

Just like everyone else, I mix up what I do all of the time. Dropsets, supersets, giant sets, low reps, high reps, etc.....

Favorite exercises:
Chest: Incline Dumbell Presses
Back: Partial deadlifts
Ant/Lateral Delts: Seated dumbell presses. I have another exercise that not many people do either that I love. Take a fixed barbell, lay on an incline bench at about 30 degrees (with your face up), and then raise it up just like you would for front raises. It makes it much, much, much harder.
Rear laterals: I really don't know what the exercise is called, but for those of you who have seen the Cost of Redemption, it's the one Ronnie does where he uses the cable crossoverr and pulls them across his body from the top.
Quads: Front squats
Hammies: Seated leg curls
Biceps: Standing barbell curls
Triceps: Close-grip bench presses
Forearms: All the same
Calves: Donkey Calf raises

I think that you all have awesome training styles, as well as mine. I find it interesting how most (NOT ALL) of our favorite exercise are either very similar or the same. THANKS DUDES.

From monday:

I will start doing a fullbody 3― times each weak. Every other day.
2 exercises for each bodypart.
3 set and about 6 reps for each exercise
No forced reps
No failure training(might sneak a failure set in once in a while)

Go for 8 weeks then start take back-off week. and look back on how it has been training like that... And see if that is da shit... And i think it might be with some modifications...
