Wide grip chins

BB Bent over rows

Close grip chins

Single arm DB rows

When I join a gym I intend to do seated rowing in there somewhere too.

1 or 2 sets to failure in the 6-8 rep range. Don't forget to keep that back slightly arched in all exercises to get a really good contraction!
