im 44..6ft..232ibs with around fat % high teens..train 6days aweek and have done this since 1997..i spend fall and winter lifting heavey while eat lots of steak,burgers,fries,"all of the lee priest stuff" and around feb or march i start going on the cross trainer and try to cut up abit.eating chicken..rice..vegs..etc..its the dam gut area which is the hardest..i can clearly see top abs and almost center abs but right now lower
abs are covered up...i dont have no health problems and can out lift and workout longer then the young 20 year old guys.
i figured i could try to use this plan of mine of a while to see what happens..
noticed people like jay cutler go on the machine with empty guts...my gym is too far away for me to go there and come back later..im on foot and it takes me 45mins to get there...and in maine usa in the winter time it can take up to 60mins during snow
storms to get there...
