if you're new to weights man then you should prolly leave supersets alone for a while until you build up some strength and muscle etc
benefits a huge one is time saving! i dont do it alot maybe a if i havent got a long time to workout plus huge pump and u can train chest and back all in one hour basically if u train them
supersets train either the same muslce with 2 different exercises eg benhes and flys
or train opposing muslc egroups etc arms together
so examples
chest benches superset with flys
back rows with pulldowns
shoulders presses and raises
legs leg extensions and squats or presses

for opposites
benches with chins or flys with rows
leg presses with leg curls or leg extensions with stiff legged deadlifts
curls with pushdowns

these are just some basic supersets hope i can help you out a little
wooo! have a nice day!

you can superset on muscle group or two.
bis and tris, quads and hams, chest or back are good ones.
