Slipknot692005 NPC Lightweight Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Prior Lake Age: 22 Posts: 149 Rep Power: 5	I have been on a plateau for about 3 weeks..I have not been able to figure it out...On Monday I finally got past it.I was the strongest I have ever been in my life..I started out with the flat bench and I did 4 sets..1.. 225/12reps 2.. 265/8 reps 3 was my best set at 275/6reps! and then I burned out with 225/8 reps...I have no idea what I did differnt..besides the fact I ate alot of pasta that day..maybe the carbs helped me out..:)
