Exercise and Muscle Directory - that's where the fun's at. Lots of exercises for every body part and lots of information on lots of muscles. It was always a good site, but a great thing that's realy impressing me is that it's being updated with new exercises like every week! I'm lovin' it!

I'ma definetly gonna try these. Just trying out the movement without any weights already seams like a helluva trap builder. We'll see.
