how do I improve my thickness?
what exercises should i be doing?
do I only use BB when working chest w/ real heavy weight?

now if you were to do a bench press like this guy and only let your arms go as far as this.. you will definetely feel it more in your pecs

But if you don't do your elbows below parralel and you don't stretch your arms much because that would involve the primarly the triceps your range of motion would be like...5 cm.

well im not saying dont go a bit past parallel.. but i see many guys go way too low.. the key that I found was to really expand my ribs outward this allows the bar to go down low enough to be affective and not too low so the shoulders will take over..

The site I posted shows the full ROM. If you want to limit the ROM that's up to you. But since the topic's starter is probably a beginer, a full ROM is exacly what he needs.

ive been working out for a year now and have gained 30 LBS
i for the most part have great form on everything i do
(not my words, a few trainers have talked to me about my form)
