In my opinion those are horrible examples of both exerices.. on the bench he is letting his elbows go back parrallel.. and on the bent over row.. he is letting the bar go way too low to the ground.. hes using shoulders to lift the bar.. just my opinion.. his rep range should be shortened and his chin should be up while doing upright rows..
"All your life you are told the things you cannot do. All your life they will say you're not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you're the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or be this or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no's become meaningless. All your life they will tell you no, quite firmly and very quickly.
AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES."
In faith there is enough light for those who want to believe and enough shadows to blind those who don't.
Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin. God lifts you up, takes you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff, including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see.
this would be another poor example of a bench press.. notice his arms.. they are going way below parallel.. this way he is including his shoulders and taking away from the chest.. many guys complain because they dont seem to get a good chest pump rather they get a shoulder pump.. IMO this is why

But if you don't do your elbows below parralel and you don't stretch your arms much because that would involve the primarly the triceps your range of motion would be like...5 cm.

well im not saying dont go a bit past parallel.. but i see many guys go way too low.. the key that I found was to really expand my ribs outward this allows the bar to go down low enough to be affective and not too low so the shoulders will take over..
