Hi first of all my english isent very good, so i hope i can explaine what i mean.
I want to train on the x-reps based program, i was on the x-reps internet site but there not much information without paying them money for ebooks or other things. I think i understnd the system of the x reps, but i dont know where the sweet spots are in every excersice. So i want to ask if sombody can tell me where the sweet spots are in every important exercise. or maybe anyone got the ebook, or a good internet site.
