Caution Contains Content that May Offend Guys From My Gym.
Okay as senior lifter here I will help you two young guys out. The scientific reason is termed as O.F.I.C.L.T.M or "Oh Fuck I Can't Lift This Much".
It is used by lifters who are trying to overcome the following weaknesess.
1) Trouble attracting girls.
2) Trying to impress other gym goers.
3) Are former Pirates (got a sunken chest)
4) Have a "Bondi Body" (far from Manly)
....and by far the most debillitating weakness is actually a mental illness......
5) They suffer from "Handoncockitis" which is a behavioural disorder which compells the sufferer to try and look like they are much more powerful then they actually are. Another symptom of this serious illness is, the sufferer will try to fuck the ceilling and lift thier ass way off the bench when they are bench pressing, this symtom can transform into another illness called "LINKITIS".
