I'm interested to see the different Quad training methods you guys have. So, post away...PLEASE.
I'll start:
Workout 1:
Squats: 10 sets of 10
Leg ext.: 2 sets of 50
Workout 2:
Squats: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6
Leg press: 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, 8-10
Leg ext.: 3 sets of 12-15
Workout 3:
Squats: 3 sets of 10-12
Front Squats (Smith): 3 sets of 8-10
Leg press: 2 sets of 25
Workout 4:
Squats: 3 sets 6-8
Leg press: 3 sets 6-8
Leg ext: 3 sets 6-8 and 1 set of 25
I only use the Smith machine for front squats for right now. I will do them free weight as well.
This is a routine I did 10 years ago. I am going to start the same routine in January. I plan on switching the workouts up every two weeks or so.
