When I train arms I often find them remaining sore for 5-6 days!!! I only train for one hour. This obviously presents a problem because nearly every other body part recruits the arms in some way when doing a movement. Arms are done on saturday, sunday is rest, monday legs, tuesday is abs and neck and wednesday is chest. Im just showing this so you can see I give my arms ample rest after training. Should I train chest with sore arms(triceps)? How can I reduce the fatigue? Also, I get at least 8-9 hours of sleep every night, my nutrition is pretty much right on, and my supplements are dialed in as well.

im a believer on stretching before during and after, a lot say thats a bad idea but it helps me with fatigue and also maybe u need to look at your diet as well to see if thats the problem as well. how many exercises and sets do u do.

are you changing your routine around every workout?? whenever I used to do a diff routine for chest or tris each week they would remain sore for up to 6 days but changing up once every 2-3 weeks I find reduces the soreness and has helped me gain quicker...

try some isometrics between sets. Push against an object that you can't move. 3 times for 3 secs each. Helps circulation between sets

My arms rarely get sore. But 1 hour for bi's and tri's is a very long time. You're overtraining that's for sure. Reduce the exercises and sets and train with more intensity. Don't be affraid to do only two exercises per muscle. You should be done in less than half an hour.

rocky jus try this out:

1 - BB Curls (12,12,10,8,8)
2 - Incline DB Curls (10,10,10)
3 - Cable-rope compound curls (10,10,10,10)

- no matter what, whenever I do this workout with bis they're sore for 3-5 days! This is why I don't do this too often. Seriously give it a try and see if it works for you...

EDIT: oh yeah, and try to keep rest between sets at around 1.5 mins...

Try putting some ice on your vagina. Also, i bet smoking crack would help a little.
I get sore after every workout, and I love it, cuz it reminds me that I'm better than fat people.

you're still new here, and most everyone makes this mistake... but check the dates of the posts on the thread before you respond to the thread because in many cases, like this one, the thread has been very dead for a long time
