it's always the same discussions. most people never even tried heavy duty or something different than there foolish "high volume I train 6 days a week" attitude. And they wanna judge that HIT is crap, yeah whatever
I have. And working once a week is already bad enough (way too little punishment for fast growth). When you add to that low volume, it gets even worse. Go play soccer and do push-ups or something, that'll build muscle faster.
