Hi All,
I was just wondering if anyone had any good chest excercises to close in the center of your chest? I think my chest is fairly developped, but dont have that "seam" down the center. How can I change this?

Keep doing basic exercises like bench press, that one will close in you whole chest. Remember that the genetics "choose" the way you chest look.

close grip bench, cable crossovers, flies...those should do the trick

EDIT: and as Vidis said, genetics do play a role.

CGBP is good, but what you realy need are eyther chest presses (the chest press machines are usualy built to hit the inner chest good, specialy when using a hammer grip), cable flys (crossovers being for lower inner chest, incline for upper inner chest and flat for overall inner chest development), machine flys (probably the best choice of them all for pure inner chest development without working much of the outter chest) or the good ole pec dec (I personaly don't like this but many get very good results out of it).

i dont have pictures. but i do it with the EZ curl bar and grip it the inner area. you can use the straight bar but its hell on my wrists. it may not be on yours but who knows, give it a shot and see what happens. close grip also hits your triceps a lot. so its a great tricep movement too.

EDIT: since you really want it to hit your chest more than anything do this: when your triceps are worked, do close grip bench last. this way since your triceps are already fried, it will force your chest to do more of the work.

The best exercis i know for this is called a chest buster. U have to have squared off dumbells tho no round ones. You can use any bench but i think flt works the best. Take your set of dumbells place them together on your knees. so theyd be touching(this is why i say use squared dumbells they are much easier to hold together than round ones.) roll back wards with the dumbells and have them lay on your chest keeping them pressed together press. Noramlly your would hold a dumbell vertically and when u press it would be turned horizontal. kepp the dumbells verical when u press. Dont try this with round dumbells tho something will slip its almost guarenteed. I tried to explain the form the best i could sorry if u dont understand.

CGBP works mainly on your triceps.
