i feel 2 inches for a 20pound gain is pretty good buddy.
i read something nubret said and that was one half inch represents one kg or something similar to that i cant remember exact.
but thats really good man i wish i could do it as wel for example this yeari started my phase at 166lb, waist at 32.5 inches UNflexed, and at my biggest i got to a weight of
203.5 lb, waist 37.5 inches unflexed
tho currently i am 181 and waist 33.5
i was always a fatter kid and never quite lost exactly all of i from the guts are you the same?
if it really starts to bother you and gets out of hand i would just back off a little on carbohydrate or just do a little cardio or soemthing at the same level or carb or soemthing

i was a fatter kid until maybe 15 then i started working out. im glad two inches is noy that much that means ill keep bulking for maybe another month. btw how long did it take you to get your weight back down? im thinking of cutting down for ten weeks is that to short? to long? but thanks for the info.

ok buddy well the very first time i tried to diet last year i had absolutly no idea what i was doing i lost 5kg poor eating think it was only becuase i had a protein powder with some kind of thermogenic

this year still dont know alot but last year i tried to lose my adipose tissue in a short time, this year i started at the start of september and this was when i was at my biggest i have ever been so far my measurements are as follows
weight 92.5kg
waist 37.5
chest 43
hips 40.5
legs 25.5
calves 16.25
forearms 11.5
arms 15.5
all measurements are recorded unflexed apart form the upper arm where i flex. i was happy with this condition bar for the gut i had. it has always been there although just alot smaller it had gotten bigger because of things like eating 2 or 3 peanut butter sandwiches like 11 or 12 at night along with big bowls of pasta etc when i was trying to bulk. things like this i will not do again, at least not while i have an effective way of dieting that i know will work for me. these measurements were recorded on the 29th of august.

these were recorded on the 28th of november
weight 82
waist 33.5 (31 flexed)
chest 41
hips 34.5
legs 23
calves 15.5
forearms 11
arms 14.5

as you can see ive lost a bit too much size than what i would have liked i dont know if that is because of not enough food/protein or whatnot and gains have been comming slower in the form of the waist however i have been doing significantly less cardio due to exams and study which are now finished. however i have noticed a vast improvement in the vascularity throughout my entire arms, underneath my arms a little down the side of my torso, and some through the legs, so i am claiming that is the result of fat loss which doesnt make my measurements look as horrible.
but if you've only put on 2 inches then like maybe 5 pounds out of that 20 or so that you gained would be fat so keep doin what ur doin let us know how you are when you stop your mass cycle ::):):)
