^^ I agree - you don't need to do loads of exercises for each muscle, as long as you choose 2 or 3 of the big exercises and concentrate on putting a little bit of weight on the bar or doing a couple of extra reps each time you train - then you're on the right path.

muscle size increases by doing two things
1. giving the muscle stimulaton through, preferably, heavier weights
2. giving the ody the right amount and correct nutrients that it needs to help recover
your bicep workout doesnt seem bad its something i would even do and maybe switch it around with concentration /preacher/hammer curls just for variety.
use a handful of mass exercises and train them heavy and hard and then once you've "milked" them dry, swap it to something unfamiliar.
i have tried teaming up arms with other bodyparts but for me itdoesnt work i prefer towork arms alone at the end of the week after my upper body workouts hvae been completed.

it depends, whatever works for you. i work my bi's on chest day and my tri's on shoulder day. I tried dedicating each day of the week to a certain body part, but it just didnt work out the way i wanted. it just didnt allow my body enough time to recover. working bi's and tri's on the same day can work. i tried it and i noticed when doing chest day my arms got fatigued rather quickly. but try them all and see what works.

make sure like seekinfo said keep protein up and then more after workout
make sure you're eating constant supply of protein to help repairing your muscles
and eat carbs before workout so you've got enough energy to get you thru it etc maybe not so many after working out
