Hey people,

I've sinced decided to cut my shredding and jump back into bulking. Gain some very necessary lbs before competition in june. I'm looking to gain MINIMUM 30 lbs. I've gained 13 lbs in a month and a half cycle.

Anything you feel that will maximize a cycle, please, speak freely. At the end of this, I'll go through the responses to form a well-thought out schedule.

This could go as far as dieting tips. Anything.

Thanks in advance! ( first time I've pushed myself for outside advice )

I already go through almost 8 litres of water in a day. Green olives, never was a fan, but hey. gotta suck it up

13lbs of muscle in a month? I don't even know if that is possible with riods but I don't know much about them.

Eat as much as you can, try to keep it clean.

month and a half, and if you work hard enough. That amount in a month IS possible. higher gains have been noted, more along the lines of taking supplements. I take Mammoth 2500, alongside creatine ( mono - past 2 weeks )
