Would u rather a Gym membership? or a Bowflex...
My parents gave me those choice, and i dunno what to choose, so i need some advice

gym is much better choice,, you can do way more things there

gym for sure. yea, you can achive a good look w/ the bowflex but nothing compared to that look you get w/ free weights. there is actually a difference. plus the variety at the gym blows bowflex away. most of the home gyms i know of end up breaking after a while. plus you always have to lubricate the pulleys and re-tighten the wires. and theres always something about that gym atmosphere that you cant get at home.

gym 100%, if you had a bowflex sitting at home, you wouldnt use it probaly, there are too many distractions at home
