grip style.

Js wanted to ask what ur favourite overhand grip style is..
A) fingers over thumb
B) thumb over fingers.

Isn't thumb over thingers the normal?...

And I only use my thumb for safety on heavy presses. Everything else I go thumbless, and all pulls are with a hook grip (except curls).

I know for benching you can have thumbs or not thumbs. No thumbs places the stress on the tricep thumbs puts the stress back on the pecs. All to do with how your wrist flexes.

thumbless for everything except for preacher curls i cant think of anything else

pretty much thumbless, it helps work the forearms feels better sometimes unless its heavy
