and btw when u do triceps on day 1 and day 3 delts there wont b enough time for your triceps 2 recover and u wont b able 2 give it your all when it comes 2 shoulder pressing movments....ill say try this split:

1) chest, delts, triceps

2) quads, hams, calves, abs

3) back, traps, biceps, forearms

4) off

:iagree: you need a bit more rest so your body can fuel back up with glycogen. i don't see how you can go a week straight and lift every day without burning out. try fahad's split seems to fit your style.

i think you should give shoulders their own day, and do 2 on 1 off:

1. chest tri's abs
2. back bi's calves
3. off
4. shoulders forearms abs
5. quads hams calves
6. off

Your split looks good. As for devoting a day just for shoulders - Personally, this is how I do it coz by the time I'm done with shoulders I have no energy or time to do anything else. It seems like you're doing too much on your 4th day. Maybe do abs on the 5th day?? What workouts (and no. of sets) do you plan to do for your shoulders??
