Yeah, I have heard that deadlifts can make your waist bigger, because it works out your obliques and pretty much every other muscle in your body. And considering the fact that your doing lower reps, it will defienately make your waist bigger. But that's nothing to worry about. Just use it wisely in your bodybuilding routine and you'll be fine. I recommend both full and partial. And like what MaxxxedPumpPimp said, "full deadlifts offer better gains, but cause more damage, while vice versa." Good luck dude. |
