Well, I'm beginning to get some small pains in my wrists, so I'm going to get some wrist straps to help me. But, I need some help on this one. Which one of the following two do you recommend?!?

Elastic Wrist Wraps can help provide support and stability to the wrist area for many activities*. Wrist wraps can help relieve the discomfort of wrists with ailments such as carpal tunnel syndrome. To apply (Thumb Loop design): insert thumb through loop, wrap around wrist covering the back of the wrist first and fasten to secure. To apply (slip over design): put hand through loop, wrap end around wrist and fasten closure

Materials
Elastic Wrist Wraps by Flexsports International are made with two types of elastic. (1) Regular elastic which can be used for extended periods of time due to its light stretch yet firm comfortable fit. (2) Super red line elastic which has been developed for an extremely tight fit and should be worn for short periods of time.

Styles
#3020 Regular with thumb loop (pair) Made in the USA
#3021 R Super Red Line with thumb loop (pair) Made in the USA

Use them my trainning partner actually snapped his writ when when we were benching 155kg. I use them because you can't afford to take the time off with a broken wrist. Always wrap your knee's and wear a weight belt.

Once you get in the big leagues invest in a squat suit. The gear is so important as it keeps your joints in line and supported. weight lifting Wraps will also increase lifts such as deadlift and rows (so your not bombing your forearms every workout and actually lift a decent amount of weight for your back)

pains in your wrist can also lead to carpal tunnel...make sure your stretching your flexors and extensors esp on back day
also putting your hands in a "reverse prayer "position and holding for a minute and then letting go and see if you have tingling if so then you're a good chance of having carpal tunnel because of the compresion of the merve dunno if this has anything to do with your post but it could just be this giving you your pain
