i don't beleve you can for example hit "inner triceps" and "outer triceps". tricep exercise is a tricep exercise. it's just 1 and the same movement, only difference is where the presure comes from (free weights/machines/position you put your body in) and how you position your hands. but i think that doesn't make much difference. it all comes down to the basic same thing.

my tricep workouts is only 2 exercises:
dips and tricep pushdown

shouldn't you make your triceps 'completer' ?
I think what u'r doin' is absolutly not enough to have nice Tri's
and I believe in variation !

my opinion, peace.

I concur, change things up, any exercise done on a decline helps activate the triceps, ex. decline close grip bench and skull crushers. Also tri all kinda of pushdowns, overhead, pronated, supinated, rope. French presses are another good one.

close grip bench-press is a good mass builder.

I also like to superset machine pushdowns with dips between each set when i mix my workouts up.
Skullcrushers are excellant, as are kick backs with dumbbells.

Have a look here:

Dips and close grip bench presses are the best mass builders. But it doesnt hurt to add in some pulldowns and skullcrushers :)
You can't miss the lateral head with these exercises.
