Your pecs can be stimulated a little bit different doing incline and decline... But still will it make a difference? I'm convinced that the difference is not to see... Cause it's not isolating the lower and upper chest, just moving the stress a little bit. |
I have to disagree
If you only train on flat bench you will definatly see a difference
compared to somebody who trains it both
in judging therms it would be a super difference
