I have to disagree
If you only train on flat bench you will definatly see a difference
compared to somebody who trains it both

in judging therms it would be a super difference

edit: talking about chest here

It's not possible to work different areas of the same muscle." Then in your training log, why do you do incline, decline and flat benches??? Maybe because it does work different areas of the muscle????
Look first of all I don't do decline benchpress.

Second, the pecs are shaped like a fan and, as GoingBig said, are not like any other muscle. The reason I do incline is to put more stress on the clavicular head.

Stupid comment...

Then you tell me why to change up exercises... Is it to "chock" the body? If you choose the right exercises you will never have to change exercises... Changing exercises won't make you grow... Have you read a lot of Flex Magazines?

so it works different areas of the muscle

that goes for every bodypart
its not isolating but stimulating more

It's okay six, he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, all he talks about is powerlifting, I don't think he knows this is a bobybuilding board, but I'm not going to continue posting in this thread anymore, because I think I gave Fahad the answer he was looking for.

Watch your tone there Maxxedpumppimp, you are on very thin ice as it is, abuse to other members will not be tolerated, this is your last warning and then it is IP banning time.

What would be the best tricep routine to hit the Triceps Brachii lateral head, long head and the medial head??? When I do my tricep exercises, by the next day, I usually feel it in the medial and lateral head, but don't feel anything in the long head.
