For all of you guys that hade a laging bodypart but made to strong(or strong)part, tells us how?

My tri sucked untill I started to do comp-ex like dips and close-grip benchpress, no allways do one of the in a work-out.

my legs were really strong... but i had no mass, on them... until i started doing hacksquats and barbell squats

Mine are all lagging - I'm still working on what will make them bigger & stronger!

biceps were lagging until I drastically changed my routine around...If any muscle is lagging, i think its a good indication to vary things up a little. Sometimes you just need to add the poundage...

Amen to that! Just vary the workout, whether its weight, # of reps, # of sets, or intensity... just change it up... keep the muscle guessing!
